It's time to make plans for your reunion in October. Once again, we will be at the Tropicana Express Hotel in Laughlin. The rooms have been blocked out but must be individually reserved and guaranteed before September 27, 2008, using GROUP CODE #13647. As with everything else these days, costs are up a little from last year. Room rate is $32.95 plus tax. The Santa Fe Room (located by he Ranch House Buffet Restaurant) for our daily gathering and Tuesday Evening banquet is $375.00. Going on our pastnumbers, that only figures to be approximately $37.50 per veteran for use of the facilities. They are working to keep out meal cost as close as possible to last year's menu price.

Something new this year is the requirement of a $500.00 deposit. Arrangements have been made for that. A collection fee ranging from 15% to 100% will be charged in the event we cancel our reunion.
